veg chili.

Have I told you that I’m a vegetarian? Well, I am. Unfortunately, as a lover of (almost) all vegetables I still tend to go overboard with the carbs in my meals. My roommate commented on my excessive love for pasta, so I decided to switch things up a bit and make a meal my body would thank me for consuming. Enter veggie chili.

I took a quick glance at this for my shopping list, but you can toss in whatever favorites you have on hand. Combined with a kick of chili powder and jalapeno? Happy and hearty. I don’t have a decent camera to capture the masterpiece, so let’s have Martha show you how it’s done:
